How can I download photos? 

You have a few options.
Firstly, you may download using your credits or buy a subscription. Credits allow you to download pictures of equal worth as the credits. Subscriptions allow you to download a larger number of pictures than the cost of the subscription.

How much does it cost?

We have several purchasing options to choose from. Just see the credits section of your members area.

I’m a photographer ? how can I sell my photos?

To sell your photos, you first have to sign up as a member. Then just sign in and add a few images in your private folder to show us what you can do.Then post a message on the forum explaining why should you become a photographer! Once your application is approved, you may begin uploading your photos!

Folders

What is “Favorites”?
Favorites is a section in your members area where all images you add are stored for you to review or download later.

What is “Private”?
Private is a folder in which you can upload images to store them. The images uploaded there are private and not listed on the site.

What is “Stock”?
The Stock folder is where most images are uploaded. All images uploaded in this folder will require approval before being showed on the website. Once they are approved anyone can download them for an amount between $1 and $30 depending of the subscription they use or if they use their credits.

What is “Special”?
Special is the folder where high value images are stored. Prices for this images are set by the owner and not by the system depending on credits or subscription.

What is “Exclusive”?
Exclusive is the folder where high value images are stored. Prices for this images are set by the owner and not by the system depending on credits or subscription. All this images will be sold once then moved to your private folder where they must stay for at least 180 days after which they can be moved back.

Licensing

Can your images be used in my company brochure / catalog / flayer / website?
Yes!

Can I use your images in my e-book?
Yes!

I am a graphic designer; can I use your images on my client’s website?
Yes!

Can I crop or edit your images?
Yes! As long as you do not re-sell or redistribute the image(s) or resulting image(s).

I am making website temples, which will be resold. Can I use your images?
No! Our images are not allowed to be used in “boxed templates”. However, if you are hired to make a website for a client, then you may use our images. The important distinction is that “boxed” / pre-made templates are selling the site, whereas an individual job is selling the service.

Can I resell or redistribute your images?
No. The resale and / or redistribution of our images is strictly prohibited.

I produce T-shirts / Screensavers / Mousepads for resale. Can I use your images?
No. You may not reproduce our images for the purpose of resale.

Billing

What currency are these prices in?
All of our prices are listed in US currency. Your credit card will be billed in US currency.

Subscriptions

Do the subscriptions automatically renew?
NO. But you can use the renew button in the Reports section any time after the subscription has expired as long as you have enough credits on your account balance!

It says I have reached my daily download limit, but I haven’t downloaded anything today. Why?
Your download limit is actually based on a 24 hour clock, and not calendar days. So let’s say your limit is 25 photos a day, and you download 25 photos at 5:00 pm today. Your limit would not open up until 5:00 pm tomorrow.
